Estimates provided on our site are indicative engineering ranges based on industry benchmarks. Formal binding terms, timelines, and payment milestones are finalized upon mutual statement of work (SOW) execution.
1. Engagement Framework
These terms govern access to and usage of the IBA Digital Solutions web platform and estimation engine. By interacting with our tools or engaging our engineering team, you agree to these operating standards.
2. Algorithmic Estimator Disclaimer
Price estimates generated through our automated configurator reflect statistical ranges computed from standard software engineering parameters. They represent indicative guidance rather than a unilateral binding quotation until our technical team validates full architectural specifications.
3. Intellectual Property & Code Ownership
Upon full settlement of agreed project deliverables, 100% of bespoke source code, repositories, configuration files, and design system assets are assigned exclusively to the client, with zero vendor lock-in or proprietary runtime royalties.
4. Service Level Agreements (SLA)
Ongoing cloud maintenance, uptime monitoring, and critical response times are governed by specific SLA tiers agreed upon in individual maintenance schedules.
